A lawyer since 2008, Brice Grazzini began as a “traditional” criminal lawyer, appearing regularly before the assize courts and criminal courts.

He has gradually focused his practice on corporate criminal law and the defence of business leaders, particularly in cases involving employment criminal law (harassment, obstruction, undeclared work), white-collar criminal law and press law (defamation, malicious false accusation, image rights).

From the rue d’Aubagne building collapses to the Marseille IHU cases and the Laporte-Altrad trial, he acts in a large number of high-profile cases.

Brice Grazzini also assists companies in detecting and preventing corruption, money laundering and related offences, and in complying with the obligations of the Sapin II Law. He has built a strong reputation among his clients for conducting internal investigations, often following whistleblower alerts.

He notably took part in the criminal law audit of the 2023 Rugby World Cup, a considerable undertaking.

A lecturer at the Aix-en-Provence Faculty of Law for several years, a teacher at the South-East Bar School, a member of the Criminal Law Committee of the Marseille Bar and a criminal law trainer for the Marseille Bar, Brice Grazzini devotes a large part of his practice to training.
