Victoria KOSAK was sworn in on 3 December 2019 and practises exclusively in criminal law and criminal procedure.

Passionate about criminal law, she turned to this field from her university studies in Montpellier, where she obtained a Master II in Criminal Practice and received the Alfred Legal Diploma awarded for the best record in criminal law and criminal sciences at the university.

Top of her year at the Centre-South Bar School, she chose to begin her career at a Paris criminal law firm, where she trained for almost three years.

Arriving in Marseille in 2023, she joined our firm as an associate for a year and registered on the Marseille Bar’s emergency criminal defence rota.

She acts at every stage of criminal proceedings, from police custody to the trial hearing.
